Turn an approved applicant into a lease (Approve & Convert)
Approve a screening, then convert it into a pre-filled e-lease in one click — name, contact, address and rent all carried over.
From report to signed lease
- On a screening report, click Approve & send — your applicant is notified by email and SMS, and the message is posted into your in-app chat with them.
- Then click Convert to e-lease.
- The applicant's name, email, phone, the property address and the target rent pre-fill a new e-sign lease — you just confirm the unit and terms.
Nothing until you're ready
Converting drops you onto Create E-Lease in e-sign mode; nothing is created until you finish and send the lease. It's the fastest path from "great applicant" to "signed tenant."
