Run an Equifax credit & background check

An Equifax credit & background check is your best protection against a costly bad tenant. Run it from the Tenant Screening hub as part of a full screening, or as a quick standalone check.

1. Send the applicant a secure consent link (required for a credit pull), or enter their details with consent.
2. The applicant consents and provides the details Equifax needs.
3. You receive a full Equifax report — credit score, history, and any flags.
