Create and e-sign a lease

Open New Tenant Pipeline → Create E-Lease and pick one of two paths:

• ✍️ Create & e-sign a new lease (recommended) — build the Ontario Standard Lease here and send it for signature.
• 📄 I already have a signed lease — upload the finished PDF to keep everything on file, and let AI auto-fill the details from it.

1. Pick the unit and tenant, set the rent, due date and term.
2. Add any joint tenants.
3. Optionally run Scan lease for errors (AI) as a pre-flight check.
4. Send it for e-signature — the tenant signs from their phone. Save a draft anytime and resume later.
5. Once the tenant signs, you countersign — that activates the lease and switches on rent tracking automatically.
