A pre-screening profile gathers the basics (income, employment, references, prior addresses) so you can shortlist applicants before spending on a full report. Tenants can build a reusable profile once and share it, which speeds everyone up.
How it works
- Go to New Tenant Pipeline → Tenant Screening.
- Send applicants a request; they complete (or share) their pre-screening profile.
- Compare the returned profiles, then run a full Equifax credit check on your favourites — right from the same hub.
