How e-lease signings are counted
Sending a lease out for e-signature uses a lease credit. Your plan includes a monthly allowance (some plans are unlimited), and the sidebar shows a live badge of how many you have left under New Tenant Pipeline → Lease Credits.
Top up when you need to
Placing several tenants at once? Top up your signings so you're never blocked mid-lease. Uploading an already-signed lease to keep it on file doesn't consume a signing credit.
