2. The applicant uploads them securely from their phone — no login required.
3. You're notified when each arrives; outstanding items stay badged as requested.

Income documents feed the Verified Income & Affordability section, which estimates monthly income and the rent-to-income ratio. Treat it as a fast first read, then confirm against the actual documents before relying on it.
