applied for an order determining that the Xing Yue Liu (the ‘Landlord’) failed to meet the Landlord’s maintenance obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the 'Act'). This application came before me for a mandatory adjudicative case conference in videoconference 144 on March 17, 2026. The Tenant and the Landlord attended the case conference. At the case conference, the parties advised that they had resolved their dispute and requested the following order on consent. I was satisfied that the parties understood the consequences of their joint submissions.

The Landlord shall pay the Tenant $800.00 in full and final satisfaction of all claims raised in the application as follows: (a) $400.00 on or before April 1, 2026; and (b) $400.00 on or before May 1, 2026.
