Property management in Toronto, Ontario

Greater Toronto Area

If you own an apartment building in Toronto of three or more storeys with ten or more units, RentSafeTO applies to you. Registration with the City is mandatory and has to be renewed every year. The City also publishes an evaluation score for every registered building, so a prospective tenant can look up how yours was assessed before they apply.
