Determinations

It is ordered on consent that: 1. The request to review order LTB-L-085332-25 issued on January 6, 2026 is granted. 2. Order LTB-L-085332-25 issued on January 6, 2026 is cancelled and replaced by the following: 3. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of December 10, 2025, the date the Tenant moved out of the rental unit. File Number: LTB-L-085332-25-RV Order Page 2 of 2 4. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $5,527.94. This amount includes rent arrears owing up to the date the Tenant moved out of the rental unit and the cost of filing the application. 5. The Tenant shall pay the amount set out in paragraph 4 of this order in accordance with the following schedule: a) The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $400.00 on or before the first day of each month for 13 consecutive months, beginning on March 1, 2026 up to and including March 1, 2017; and b) The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $327.94 on or before April 1, 2027. 6. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments set out in paragraph 5 of this order, then the entire amount outstanding shall become immediately due and owing, and the Tenant will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from the date that the payment schedule set out in paragraph 4 of this order is breached at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
