If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments set out in paragraph 5 of this order, then the entire amount outstanding shall become immediately due and owing, and the Tenant will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from the date that the payment schedule set out in paragraph 4 of this order is breached at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
