Add a tenant

1. Use Rent Management → Quick-Add Tenant (or add the tenant while you build a lease).
2. Enter their name and email — that email gives them their own secure login and lets you e-send a lease.
3. Once added, they can sign leases and view their own rent records.

A tenant only ever sees their own information. Adding a tenant doesn't start a lease — you create the lease separately and link them to a unit. You can also keep a detailed "Add Verified Tenant" record (with prior addresses and ID details) for your own files; that record on its own doesn't create a login.
