Why invite a tenant
A tenant with their own login can view their rent ledger, download receipts, keep their profile up to date, and build a portable rental reputation — which makes them a better-organised, more transparent renter and reflects well on your tenancy.
How to invite
- Make sure the tenant has an email on file.
- On Leases (or the tenant's page), click Invite to platform — you can send it by email, text, or both.
- They receive a secure link to set their own password — you never handle their password.
What happens next
Once they activate their account, they land on their dashboard and can see only their own information. You can re-send the invite anytime.
