It is ordered that: 1. The motion to set aside the order LTB -L-013692- 24, issued on February 27, 2024, is granted. 2. The order LTB-L-013692- 24, issued on February 27, 2024, is set aside, and cannot be enforced 3. On the basis of the consent between the parties, the Landlord shall pay the Tenant the total amount $1,370.02, which represents: • $367.76 for interest on the last month's rent deposit, pursuant to the T1 Application, LTB-T-022966- 24, • $1,002.26 for the reasonable out-of-pocket expenses that the Tenant has incurred, pursuant to the T6 Application, LTB -T-022408- 24. 4. The Landlord shall pay the Tenant the full amount owing, in accordance with paragraph 3 of this order, by March 31 , 2026. 5. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenant the full amount owing, in accordance with paragraph 3 of this order, by March 31, 2026, the Landlord will owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from April 1 , 2026, at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
