applied for an order determining that Manish Gupta (the 'Landlord'): • collected or retained money illegally (T1 Application). • harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant (T2 Application). • gave a notice of termination in bad faith (T5 Application). The applications were heard by videoconference on May 12, 2026. The Landlord and the Landlord’ s Representative, Janet Van Oordt and the Tenant and the Tenant’s Representative, Marvin Dillon attended the hearing.
