applied for an order determining that Manish Gupta (the 'Landlord'): • collected or retained money illegally (T1 Application). • harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant (T2 Application). • gave a notice of termination in bad faith (T5 Application). The applications were heard by videoconference on May 12, 2026. The Landlord and the Landlord’ s Representative, Janet Van Oordt and the Tenant and the Tenant’s Representative, Marvin Dillon attended the hearing. At the hearing, the parties consented to the following order in full and final settlement of the Tenant’s applications and all issues arising from this residential tenancy (T1, T2, and T5).
