It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenant shall pay to Landlord $5,274.85 for arrears of rent to March 31, 2026. File Number: LTB-L-108102-25 Order Page 2 of 2 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: a. $500.00 on or before the sixth (6) day of each month starting April 6, 2026 for a period of one hundred and five (105) consecutive months until November 6, 2034; and b. The balance outstanding of $24.85.00 on or before December 6, 2034. 3. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord new rent in full by the sixth (6) day of each month for the period April 6, 2026 to December 6, 2034 or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest. Once the arrears are paid in full the monthly rent payments shall revert back to the first (1) day of each month as per the tenancy agreement. 4. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments in accordance with paragraphs 2 or 3 of this order, the outstanding balance of any arrears of rent and costs to be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord pursuant to paragraph 1 of this order shall become immediately due and owing and the Landlord may, without notice to the Tenant apply to the Landlord and Tenant Board within 30 days of the Tenant’s breach pursuant to section 78 of the Act for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant and requiring that the Tenant to pay any new arrears, NSF fees and related charges that became owing after March 31, 2026.
