applied for an order requiring Jessica Logan (the 'Tenant') to pay the Landlord's reasonable out-of-pocket costs the Landlord has incurred or will incur to repair or replace undue damage to property. The damage was caused wilfully or negligently by the Tenant, another occupant of the rental unit or someone the Tenant permitted in the residential complex. It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the conditions set out below. 2. The Tenant shall not tamper with or remove the smoke alarm or remove the batteries from it. 3. Within 7 days of the date of this order, the Tenant shall provide the Landlord with the access code/key for the side door lock that the Tenant installed at the residential complex. The Tenant shall refrain from installing any other locks on any doors at the residential complex without obtaining prior permission from the Landlord. 4. Within 7 days of the date of this order, the Tenant shall reinstall the light fixture that the Tenant removed above the side door. The Tenant shall refrain from removing any light fixtures or covers installed in the ceiling at the residential complex without obtaining prior permission from the Landlord. Within 14 days of issuance of this order and for the duration of the tenancy, the Tenant shall not store any combustible items within 2.5 feet beside any heat sources such as the furnace and the basement shall not be set up as a sleeping area. The bed currently in the basement which is set up for sleeping shall be removed from the basement within 14 days of the issuance of this order. 6. Within 14 days of the date of this order and for the duration of the tenancy, the Tenant shall ensure there are clear pathways that are a minimum of 2.5 feet wide for any egress route, including but not limited to the stairs in the basement. 7.
