Property management in London, Ontario

Southwestern Ontario

London licenses rental housing. The Residential Rental Unit Licensing by-law sets standards for rental premises across the city and requires a licence for the categories it covers — the by-law itself sets out which, so read it before you apply. The City also runs a public Property Inquiry System, which means anyone, including a prospective tenant, can check whether an address holds a valid licence.
