applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Olayemi Akeem Odebode and Oladiti Jimoh (the 'Tenants') because the Tenants did not pay the rent that the Tenants owes. This application was heard by videoconference on March 3, 2026.

It is ordered that: 1. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $6,818.51 which represents the amount of rent owing up to March 31, 2026, and the cost of filing the application. 2.
