It is ordered on consent that: 1.The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated in a final way and without voiding provisions 2.The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before July 31, 2026. 3.The Tenant shall pay to the Landlords $ 9,828.18. This amount includes rent arrears owing up to the date of the hearing. See Schedule 1 for the calculation of the amount owing. 4.The Tenant shall also pay the Landlords compensation of $9.86 per day for the use of the unit starting January 14, 2026 until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 5.Provided the Tenant moves out of the rental unit by no later than July 31, 2026, the Landlords waive claim to the full amount owing by the Tenant to July 31, 2026.
