The Tenants shall pay to the Landlords $9,456.85 for rent arrears owing up to the date of the hearing and the cost of filing this application, less the rent deposit and interest the Landlords owe on the rent deposit. 5. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlords compensation of $129.86 per day for the use of the unit starting February 18, 2026, until the date the Tenants move out of the unit. 6. Partial payments towards the amounts owing under paragraphs 4 and 5 will be made in accordance with the following schedule: • On or before February 17, 2026, the Tenants shall pay $4,000.00 to the Landlords. • On or before March 3, 2026, the Tenants shall pay $4,000.00 to the Landlords. 7. If the Tenants do not pay the Landlords the amounts in paragraph 6 by the dates required, then the full amount due and owing shall become immediately payable and the Tenants will start to owe interest.
