It is ordered on consent that: 1. The application is amended to change the Tenant name Tisha Risa Hillaire Emalyn to Emalyn Tisha Risa Hillaire. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $1,841.34 which represents arrears of rent ($1,655.34) plus the application filing fee ($186.00) for the period ending February 28, 2026. 3.
