If the Tenant does not vacate the rental unit by March 22, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction on March 23, 2026. 4. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after March 23 , 2026. If the Tenant does not pay the amount of $2, 476.40 (the monthly rent) to the Landlord by January 29, 2026, the tenancy will terminate on February 15, 2026. Although the parties requested a termination date of January 31, 2026 if the above payment was not made to the Landlord by January 29, 2026, this is the earliest termination date possible with the date of my order. 5. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph 1 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Act, for an order terminating the tenancy earlier than March 22, 2026 and evicting the Tenant.
