It is ordered on Consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated on February 28, 2026. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before February 28, 2026. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before February 28, 2026, then starting March 1, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after March 1, 2026. 4. On or before February 28, 2026, the Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $3,306.08 which represents arrears of rent for the period ending on February 28, 2026 plus the application fee ($4,838.22), less last month deposit ($1,525.74) and less the interest on the rent deposit ($6.40). 5. If the Tenants does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before February 28, 2026, the Tenants will start to owe interest.
