it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated effective July 1, 2026. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before July 1, 2026. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before July 1, 2026, then starting July 2, 2026 , the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord, on or after July 2, 2026 . 4. The Landlord shall return to the Tenants the sum of $1,350.00, representing the key deposit and security deposit, upon the Tenants’ return of the key on July 1, 2026. Daily Compensation i f the Tenants vacate by July 1, 2026 5. If the Tenants vacate the rental unit on or before July 1 , 2026, the Landlord shall waive $4,650.00 from the amount of daily compensation the Tenants owe for the period from March 26, 2026 to July 1, 2026. 6. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the remaining balance of the daily compensation owing for the period from March 26, 2026 to July 1, 2026, in the amount of $5, 261.51, in accordance with the following schedule: Date Payment Due Amount of Payment March 26, 2026 $3,100.00 April 26, 2026 $2,161.51 7. If the Tenants fails to make any one of the payments in accordance with paragraph 6, the Tenants will start to owe interest.
