applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Kim Pardy (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant has been persistently late in paying the Tenant's rent. It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before February 28, 2026. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before February 28, 2026, then starting March 1, 2026, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlords $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. 6. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlords the full amount owing under paragraph 5 of this order, on or before February 28, 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest.
