It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $6,759.02 for arrears of rent up to January 31, 2026, including the application filing fee, less the interest due on the deposit. 2. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must vacate the unit no later than February 28, 2026. 3. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before February 28, 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest.
