It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $ 3,037.09 for arrears of rent up to February 28, 2026. 2. The Landlord waives the $186.00 filing fee. 3. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: (a) $1,000.00 payment on February 16, 2026; (b) $1,000.00 payment on March 2, 2026; (c) $1,039.14 payment on March 16, 2026. 4.
