Dispute this orderit is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the conditions set out below. 2. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $3,532.78, which represents $3,346.78 in compensation for damage to the rental unit plus the $186.00 application filing fee. 3. The Tenants shall pay the amount in paragraph 2 in the following manner: a) $200.00 on or before the first day of each month commencing April 1, 2026 and concluding August 1, 2027. b) $132.78 on or before September 1, 2027. 4. If the Tenants fail to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph 3 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for File Number: LTB-L-097376-25 Order Page 2 of 2 an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
