it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the conditions set out below. 2. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $3,532.78, which represents $3,346.78 in compensation for damage to the rental unit plus the $186.00 application filing fee. 3. The Tenants shall pay the amount in paragraph 2 in the following manner: a) $200.00 on or before the first day of each month commencing April 1, 2026 and concluding August 1, 2027. b) $132.78 on or before September 1, 2027. 4.
