It is ordered that: 1. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $5,448.01 which represents the amount of rent owing up to January 31, 2026, and the cost of filing the application. 2. The Tenant shall pay this amount owing to the Landlord as follows: The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $200.00 per month on the 20th day of each month starting February 20, 2026, and continuing on until April 20, 2028 inclusive, and a final payment on May 20, 2028 in the amount of $48.01. 3.
