Determinations

It is ordered that: 1.The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the conditions set out below. Please note that the omission of a term/time limit is intentional, as these terms will not expire until the tenancy is terminated. 2.The Tenant shall not possess or store any firearm in the rental unit or within the residential complex. File Number: LTB-L-097214- 25 Order Page 6 of 6 3. George Nareshelashvili (the son of the Teant who committed the assault) shall not be permitted in the rental unit or residential complex, unless written consent is provided by the Landlord. (emphasis added) 4. The Tenant shall submit to inspections of her rental unit monthly. The Landlord is reminded that proper notice, pursuant to section 27(1) of the Act is required prior to entry into the rental unit. The purpose of the inspection will be to confirm that the rental unit is free of firearms. 5. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraphs 2, 3, and 4 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Landlord must make the application within 30 days of a breach of a condition. This application is made to the LTB without notice to the Tenant. 6. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. 7.
