Dispute this orderit is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of March 1, 2026. 2. If the rental unit is not vacated on or before March 1, 2026, then starting March 2, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after March 2, 2026. 4. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $63.12 per day for the use of the unit starting March 2, 2026, until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 5. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $2,001.00. This amount includes rent arrears owing up to February 28, 2026, less the rent deposit and accrued interest and the cost of the application. 6. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount in paragraph 4 in accordance with the following schedule: a) $1,000.50 payable on or before April 15, 2025 b) $1,000.50 payable on or before June 15, 2025 7. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments in accordance with paragraph 6 of this order, the outstanding balance to be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord pursuant to paragraph 5 shall become immediately due and payable, and the Tenant will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated at a rate of 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding starting the day following the date of default.
