Dispute this orderIt is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Tenant, the Occupants and the Landlord is terminated on June 30, 2026. 2. The Occupants must move out of the rental unit on or before June 30, 2026. 3. The Occupants shall pay the Landlord compensation of $52.60 per day for the use of the unit starting May 1, 2026, until the date the Occupants move out of the unit. 4. The Occupants shall also pay the Landlord $186.00 on or before June 30, 2026, representing the application filing fee. 5. The Landlord holds a last month's rent deposit in the amount of $1,516.77, and interest has been paid to December 31, 2025. The last month's rent deposit is to be applied to the June 2026 rent. 6. The Landlord waives the claim to damages sought in application LTB-L-030145-25. 7. If the unit is not vacated on or before June 30, 2026, then starting July 1, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 8. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after July 1, 2026. 9. If the Occupants do not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before June 30, 2026, the Occupants will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from July 1, 2026 at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
