Dispute this orderapplied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Macar Manguen (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes. A hearing was held by videoconference on February 18, 2026. Only the Landlord’s Representative, Callista Tryon, attended the hearing. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before March 7, 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest.
