Dispute this orderit is ordered that: 1. The motion to set aside Order LTB-L-096516-25, issued on November 24, 2025, is granted. 2. Order LTB-L-096516- 25, issued on November 24, 2025, is set aside and cannot be enforced. 3. The previous order issued on July 30, 2025, with respect to LTB-019305- 25 is amended. The paragraph 2 of the original order will be cancelled and replaced as follows: 4. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the conditions set out below. 5. The Tenant shall pay the lawful monthly rent in full, on or before the 1 st day of each month for which the rent is due, for a period of 12 months, starting January 1, 2026, up to and including December 1, 2026.
