Dispute this orderIt is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of May 31, 2026. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before May 31, 2026. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $15,598.00 which represents the arrears of rent ($15,412.00) plus costs ($186.00) for the period ending January 31, 2026. 3. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord the full outstanding balance owing as set out in paragraph 2 on or before May 31, 2026. 4. If the unit is not vacated on or before May 31, 2026, the Tenant shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $83.77 per day for the use of the unit starting June 1, 2026, until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 5. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments in accordance with this order, the outstanding balance to be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord pursuant to paragraph 2 and, if applicable, paragraph 4 of this order shall become payable on the day following the date of default. The monies owing shall bear interest at the post-judgement interest rate determined under subsection 207(7) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006. The Landlord has the right to collect the balance outstanding under this Order. 6. On or before January 31, 2026, the Tenant shall make a payment towards the arrears in the amount of $2,548.00. 7. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord new rent on time and in full as it comes due and owing for February, 2026, March, 2026, April, 2026 and May, 2026. 8.
