applied for an order requiring Lisa Hart (the 'Former Tenant') to pay the Landlord's reasonable out-of-pocket costs that are the result of the Former Tenant's conduct or that of another occupant of the rental unit or someone the Former Tenant permitted in the residential complex. This conduct substantially interfered with the Landlord's reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex or another lawful right, privilege or interest. This application was heard by videoconference on January 15, 2026.

It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Former Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $ 6,000.00 to resolve this application. 2. The Former Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: On or before February 15, 2026, the amount of $1,500.00; and Commencing on or before March 15, 2026 , and continuing on or before the 15 th day of each and every month up to and including June 15, 2026, the amount of $1,000.00; and On or before July 15, 2026 , the amount of $500.00. 3. If the Former Tenant fails to make any one of the payments in accordance with this order, the outstanding balance to be paid by the Former Tenant to the Landlord pursuant to File Number: LTB-L-094972- 24 Order Page 2 of 2 paragraph 1 of this order shall become immediately due and owing the date following the breach and the Former Tenant will start to owe interest at a rate of 4.00% per annum on the balance outstanding.
