Dispute this orderapplied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Bence Rezmuves (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The Landlord also claimed charges related to NSF cheques. A hearing was held by videoconference on January 27, 2026. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before February 14, 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest.
