The total amount owed by the Former Tenants to the Landlord is $2,012.07 $1,712.07. 6.If the Former Tenants do not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before March 27, 2026 February 20, 2026, the Former Tenants will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from February 21 March 28, 2026 at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
