it is ordered that: 1. The Tenant’s T2 application in LTB-T-000539-26 is brought forward to be joined with the Landlord’s L2 application. 2. This order resolves both applications in LTB-L-092571-25 and LTB-T-000539-26, and further resolves all issues between the parties up to the date of the hearing. 3. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before December 31, 2026. 4. If the unit is not vacated on or before December 31, 2026, then starting January 1, 2027, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 5. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after January 1, 2027. 6. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $50.46 per day for the use of the unit starting January 1, 2027, until the date the Tenants move out of the unit.
