Dispute this orderIt is ordered on Consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated on January 9, 2026, the date the Tenants moved out of the rental unit. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $832.14 which represents arrears of rent up to January 9, 2026 and the cost of the filing fee of this application, less the interest on the rent deposit. 3. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 2 in accordance with the following schedule: Date Payment Due Amount of Payment February 20,2026 $138.69 March 20, 2026 $138.69 April 20, 2026 $138.69 May 20, 2026 $138.69 June 20, 2026 $138.69 July 20, 2026 $138.69 4.
