it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the conditions set out below. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $4,850.91 for damages to the rental unit as follows: i. $100.00 per month commencing on March 1, 2026 and on the first day of each month until the amount is paid in full. 3. The Tenant shall properly dispose of all their garbage in the garbage dumpsters/receptacles provided by the Landlord. 4. The Tenant shall refrain from causing disturbances in the rental unit or the residential complex that can reasonably be confirmed to have taken place and that results in a serious impairment to the safety of others at the residential complex.
