applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Everton Morris (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The application was scheduled to be heard on December 15, 2025, by video conference, at which the parties decided to participate in Board facilitated mediation with the assistance of Dispute Resolution Officer/Hearings Officer, Christine Leitch. It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $7,301.61. This amount represents $7,115.61 for arrears of rent up to December 31, 2025, and $186.00 for the application filing fee. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: a) The Tenant shall pay $2,500.00 towards arrears of rent on or before December 29, 2025. b) The Tenant shall pay $500.00 towards arrears of rent on or before the 26 th day of each month, beginning January 26, 2026, up to and including September 26, 2026. c) The Tenant shall also pay the remaining balance of $301.61 on or before October 26, 2026. 3. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord new rent on time and in full as it comes due and owing on the first of each month from January 1, 2026, to October 1, 2026, or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest.
