It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $ 27,302.45. This amount represents $27, 116.45 for arrears of rent up to January 31, 2026, and $186.00 for the application filing fee. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: • $1,000.00 due on or before the 25 th day of each month starting February 25, 2026, up to and including March 25, 2028. • $1,302.45 due on or before the April 25, 2028.
