It is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit on or before June 30, 2026. 2. The Tenant shall pay $5,760.69 for arrears of rent up to May 31, 2026 ($5,590.98), costs ($186.00), minus the additional interest owing on the last month’s rent deposit ($16.29). 3. The Tenant shall pay the amount set out in paragraph 2 in accordance with the following schedule: Date of Payment Amount to be Paid May 21, 2026 $750.00 June 4, 2026 $750.00 June 18, 2026 $750.00 July 2, 2026 $750.00 July 16, 2026 $750.00 July 30, 2026 $750.00 August 13, 2026 $750.00 August 27, 2026 $510.69 4. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $61.27 per day for the use of the unit starting July 1, 2026 until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 5. This will be simple interest calculated from the date of breach at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding. 6. If the unit is not vacated on or before June 30, 2026, then starting July 1, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 7.
