It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants continues if the Tenants meet the conditions set out below. 2. For a period of 12 months ending on February 26, 2027, the Tenants shall not commit an illegal act or permit an occupant or invited guest to commit an illegal act in the rental unit or residential complex. 3. For a period of 12 months ending on February 26, 2027, the Tenants hall not seriously impair the safety of another person or permit an occupant or guest of the rental unit to seriously impair the safety of another person in the rental unit or residential complex. 4. If the Tenants fail to comply with the conditions set out in paragraphs 2 or 3 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Act for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants. The Landlord must make the application within 30 days of a breach of a condition. This application is made to the Board without notice to the Tenants.
