It is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before July 31, 2026. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before July 31, 2026, then starting August 1, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after August 1, 2026. 4. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $18.08 per day for the use of the unit starting August 1, 2026, to the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 5. The rent deposit will be applied to the last month of the tenancy. 6. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $10,000.00 for arrears of rent up to April 30, 2026, and costs. 7. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount in paragraph 6, in accordance with the following schedule: a) Starting on August 1, 2026, and continuing on the 1 st of each month thereafter for a total of fourteen (14) months, the Tenant will make equal monthly payments each in the amount of $700.00. b) The Tenant will then make a final payment in the amount of $200.00 on October 1, 2027. 8.
