It is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before May 31, 2026. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before May 31, 2026, then starting June 1, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after June 1, 2026. 4. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $8,821.23. This amount represents rent arrears owing up to the date of the hearing and the cost of filing the application. The interest the Landlord owes on the rent deposit is deducted from the amount owing by the Tenant. 5. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 4 in accordance with the following schedule: • $250.00 monthly on or before the 7 th day of each month commencing May 7, 2026, and until the outstanding amount is paid in full. 6. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenant the amount in accordance with paragraph 5 of this order, then on the day following the date of default, the full balance owing in paragraph 4 becomes immediately due and payable, and the Landlord will start to owe interest.
