Effective the date of the order, May 12, 2026, for the duration of the tenancy, the Tenant shall not permit Ivan Vedh/Ivan Vegh (full name to be provided/verified by the Tenant) to enter or visit the residential complex or rental unit. Ivan Vedh/Ivan Vegh is hereby barred from entering or residing within the Residential Complex located at 2008 Pharmacy Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M1T 3P7. 3. If the Mr. Vedh/Vegh attends the residential complex or attempts to enter the rental unit, the Tenant must report Mr. Vedh/Vegh to Toronto Seniors Housing’s Community Safety Unit and/or building staff immediately upon learning of his presence at the residential complex or rental unit. The Tenant is able to report the presence of Mr. Vedh within the rental unit, to building staff and/or CSU. 4. The Landlord agrees to facilitate a lock change of the rental unit as soon as possible after the issuance of this order at no cost to the Tenant. 5. The Landlord agrees to facilitate the deactivation of the Key FOB belonging to Ivan Vedh/Ivan Vegh as soon as possible after the issuance of this order.
